All deposits, withdrawals and login credentials are encrypted end-to-end. We do not share your payment details with third parties without your explicit consent.

Account Ownership

You retain full ownership of any balance in your account. We act as custodian only. Funds are held in a segregated trust account, separate from operational funds.

Withdrawal Guarantee

If your account passes verification, withdrawals to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS are processed within 2 hours on business days. No third party can claim your balance.

Fraud Investigation

Report suspicious activity in the Security section of your account settings. We investigate within 48 hours and reverse fraudulent transactions if verified.

Your Terms and Conditions Questions Answered

Yes. We require a valid Indonesian identity number (KTP or passport), your full legal name, and date of birth before you can deposit. This is a compliance requirement that depends on local law and protects both your account and our platform. Verification usually completes within one hour.

Using another person's DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account violates our terms and will trigger an immediate account freeze pending investigation. Any balance in your account will be held for 30 days while we confirm ownership. If fraud is confirmed, we may permanently close your account and report it to the payment provider.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are irreversible once the transaction clears. If you deposited by error, contact us within 2 hours with your transaction ID and we may be able to process a withdrawal instead. After 2 hours, the deposit is final and cannot be reversed.

Once you request a withdrawal, we verify your account details against your registered payment method. If everything matches, your withdrawal to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS completes within 2 hours on business days. Weekends may add 1–2 hours depending on your bank's processing queue.

Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on local law in your region and your payment method's daily caps. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS each have their own transfer limits set by the provider. Your account will show your current limit inside the Wallet section before you deposit.

Yes. Your balance remains your property even if your account is frozen. If we freeze your account pending investigation, you'll receive a notice explaining why. Once the investigation ends, we either restore your account or process your balance as a withdrawal, depending on the outcome.

Absolutely. Go to your Account Settings, select Legal, and click 'Request Full Policy.' We'll email you a PDF copy within 24 hours. You can also call our Jakarta support line during 09:00–23:00 WIB and request a physical copy to be mailed to your registered address.
